Job Summary:

The Providence Center is seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant Bilingual to join our team. As a Medical Assistant Bilingual, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical staff in providing exceptional patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and distribute patient medications accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain cooperative and respectful relationships with Center Staff, local agencies, and the public.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain detailed records of medication inventory.
  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including data entry and communication with patients and families.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and two years of experience as a Medical Assistant, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of psychiatric medications and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in computer software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
