Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Medical Call Center Representative:
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls while providing exemplary service.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling, cancellations, and necessary rescheduling.
  • Inform patients about available services, procedures, and insurance details.
  • Direct calls to appropriate departments and team members.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and communications.
  • Proactively follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any issues.

Qualifications for the Medical Call Center Representative:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is crucial.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask effectively with keen attention to detail.
  • Exhibits empathy and a dedication to patient-focused service.
  • Maintains composure in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is advantageous.

Compensation: $20-$22 per hour
