Job Opportunity at The Pines Resort

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at The Pines Resort on Bass Lake. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food to exacting chef standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies, prepare food for service, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff, ensuring timely and high-quality food delivery.
  • Stock inventory, maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers, and adhere to health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook.
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
