We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide general office support for a temporary/contract role with Temporary Staffing Professionals. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist with administrative tasks, and maintain a well-organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members and handling inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Document Management: Process and organize various documents, including paperwork and correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain a well-organized workspace and handle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or cashiering role is preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Teamwork: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general office equipment.
