Job Summary

The Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our office, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for visitors, clients, and staff. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Intake Director with day-to-day business operations, including opening and closing the office.
  • Perform administrative and receptionist duties, such as handling correspondence, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
  • Manage client activity and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Scan and upload client documents into their files.
  • Maintain a professional and ethical relationship with staff, clients, and visitors.

  • Dependability: Consistently complete assigned tasks on time with minimal supervision; take responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Arrive on time for work, meetings, and assignments; notify supervisor in advance of any tardiness or absence.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must pass a TB test, background check, and drug screen.
  • Preferred: CPR/First Aid certification and individuals who have maintained at least one (1) year of sobriety (if in personal recovery).
