Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years in FF&E procurement or a combination of FF&E procurement and staff management.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Photoshop; knowledge of Procore is advantageous.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Suite, InDesign, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet.
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, and efficient in task execution.
  • Able to manage multiple projects across various phases and scales simultaneously.
  • Exhibits high professional integrity and takes ownership of personal and team outcomes.
  • Passionate about both overarching design concepts and intricate details.
  • Excellent graphic design, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Experience in all design phases from inception to completion in a comparable firm.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing Construction Documentation (CD) sets, including team delegation and quality assurance.
  • Proven capability in leading the Construction Administration (CA) process.
  • Knowledgeable in building codes, interior materials, specifications, and construction techniques.
  • Basic understanding of architectural design as it relates to interior design coordination.
  • Experience in all phases of Interior Design project deliverables from concept to construction administration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and guide the project design team, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain positive client relationships as the primary contact for project communications.
  • Lead special projects and contribute to the development of process standards.
  • Employ a systematic approach to project management, ensuring task lists are current and comprehensive.
  • Conduct one-on-one mentorship sessions and provide feedback on team performance.
  • Shape team dynamics and uphold Vida Design's vision and core values.
  • Clearly communicate project objectives and manage correspondence with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project scope and financial performance to ensure alignment with client agreements.
  • Coordinate project meetings and manage all related documentation.
  • Facilitate team meetings, encouraging participation and idea sharing.
  • Provide structured agendas and follow up on project progress and deliverables.
  • Lead the creation of conceptual design visions and articulate their rationale effectively.
  • Oversee quality control of project deliverables, ensuring thorough review and coordination.
