Team Structure:
Join a diverse team of 20 professionals, including Business Analysts, Data Engineers, API Engineers, UI Engineers, and a Product Owner. Your contributions will support key initiatives focused on the digital transformation of utility line operations.

Daily Responsibilities:
Your typical day will involve:
- Engaging with stakeholders to align project objectives
- Developing program strategies and presenting updates
- Coordinating project progress and addressing risks and impediments
- Collaborating closely with team members to track progress and plan projects
- Conducting weekly meetings with management to ensure alignment and transparency

Initial Focus:
In the initial weeks, your primary objectives will include:
- Establishing a roadmap and setting program milestones
- Engaging stakeholders and providing regular updates
- Facilitating team norming and planning budgets

Essential Qualifications:
While experience in utilities is a plus, it is not mandatory. The top three essential skills for this role include:
1. Leadership in managing iterative product development projects to meet business goals.
2. Oversight of multiple agile teams, ensuring effective collaboration across onsite and offshore locations.
3. Strong planning, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:
1. Experience in risk and dependency management.
2. Budget management proficiency.
3. Familiarity with project management tools, particularly JIRA.

Certification Preferences:
PMP and Scrum Master certifications are advantageous but not required.

Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience is expected for this role.
