About the Opportunity

The Senior Client Service Manager at Hylant is responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our valued clients. This role involves handling day-to-day service needs, collaborating with the Hylant team to develop innovative solutions, and building long-term relationships with clients and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a middle market commercial book of business, providing prompt, accurate, and thoughtful service to clients.
  • Find and place quality programs with competitive pricing and favorable terms for new and existing clients.
  • Analyze programs, coverages, loss runs, and pricing to ensure optimal results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendor partners.
  • Serve as a mentor and influential leader to other service team members.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in middle market commercial lines.
  • Property and casualty insurance license in good standing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work to meet or exceed deadline expectations.
  • Comprehensive and error-free work.
  • Quick learner and ability to take direction/constructive feedback.
