This Senior Project Manager position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced environmental professional to advance their career and contribute to our team's success. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead small to large-scale environmental projects, manage budgets and schedules, and oversee technical aspects of projects. You will also interact with clients and regulatory authorities, develop proposals and work plans, and ensure the quality of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and team member management
  • Technical oversight of environmental projects, including site investigations and remediation
  • Client and regulatory authority interaction
  • Proposal and work plan development
  • Quality assurance of reports and deliverables
  • Mentoring and training junior team members
  • Ensuring compliance with PPM policies and procedures

Requirements:

We seek an individual with progressive technical and project management experience in environmental projects, including site investigations and remediation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of state and local environmental regulations, excellent budget and schedule management skills, and the ability to develop and maintain key client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in engineering or geology
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive project management experience
  • PE or PG registration in Alabama
  • OSHA HAZWOPER Training
