Job Title: Senior Commercial Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team at Citizens Trust Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our commercial clients' needs and goals, and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute business development plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our commercial clients, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with our credit and risk management teams to ensure that all lending decisions are made in accordance with our bank's credit policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in commercial banking, with a focus on relationship management and business development.
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services, including lending, deposit, and cash management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
