About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Embassy Tempe. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking-in guests, handling room assignments, and responding to inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records, handle cash transactions, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
