Job Description

The Assistant Front Office Manager is a critical role that oversees the front office staff, ensuring seamless guest experiences and high-quality service. Key responsibilities include managing front office operations, training and developing staff, and scheduling to meet operational demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front office staff, including cash control, staffing needs, and guest services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain open communication channels with all departments to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of progressive hotel operations experience with expertise in Rooms Division and Opera systems
  • Proven leadership skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and perks.
