Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Vib hotel in Tempe, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our hotel.

About the Role:

• Greet and register guests, assigning rooms and issuing room keys as needed.
• Process incoming mail and faxes for guests, while also responding to inquiries regarding hotel services and local attractions.
• Manage guest accounts, including computing bills, collecting payment, and making change as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest information.
• Making, confirming, and cancelling reservations with ease.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a related customer service role is preferred.
• A strong background in customer-facing industries is essential.

Compensation Package:

• An estimated salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
