King's Fish House is seeking a skilled Front Desk Ambassador to provide exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the tone for our guests' visit, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage reservations, seating, and guest flow to maximize efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, ensuring their requests are met promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages with food.
  • High school education.
  • Current CA Food Handler's Card.
  • Ability to communicate in a satisfactory manner, both verbal and written English.
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to maintain complete knowledge of the front desk standards.
