We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to support our Events and Projects across the United States.

Do & Co is a leading provider of gourmet entertainment solutions, operating in 32 locations across 12 countries and 3 continents. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to our events and facilities to support recruitment and employee life cycle initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Provide support with employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with attendance, payroll, benefits, and general employee inquiries.
  • Manage office supplies, office building maintenance, and track work orders.

Requirements:

  • Travel is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of EEOC, ADA, and employment laws.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
