- Assist in testing new system updates and custom processes to ensure accuracy and correctness.
- Develop and maintain reports and queries to support HR business needs.
- Provide production support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with existing or developed systems.
- Act as a liaison between the HR department and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of HRIS solutions.
- Develop and implement quality measurement mechanisms to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of HRIS solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Three years of experience in HRIS or a related field.
- At least one year of experience designing, developing, and reporting with ERP HR systems (e.g. Peoplesoft, Workday, SAP).
- A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $57,750.
