Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with functional users to identify business needs and develop solutions to improve HR processes.
  • Coordinate with technical resources to design, develop, and implement HRIS solutions.
  • Assist in testing new system updates and custom processes to ensure accuracy and correctness.
  • Develop and maintain reports and queries to support HR business needs.
  • Provide production support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with existing or developed systems.
  • Act as a liaison between the HR department and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of HRIS solutions.
  • Develop and implement quality measurement mechanisms to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of HRIS solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Three years of experience in HRIS or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience designing, developing, and reporting with ERP HR systems (e.g. Peoplesoft, Workday, SAP).
