We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Coordinator to support our Events and Projects across the United States. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to our events and facilities to support full recruitment and employee life cycle.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide support within employee relations, including attendance, payroll, benefits, and general inquiries.
  • Assist with creating and distributing internal communications to employees.
  • Manage office supplies, office building maintenance, and track work orders.
Requirements:
  • Travel is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and instill confidence.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly express ideas verbally and in writing.
