Position Overview:

As the HR Administrator at Potamkin Hyundai, you will be instrumental in enhancing the human resources department by executing various administrative functions and aiding HR operations.

Your role will encompass the management of employee records, payroll processing, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, and providing essential support to the HR team and dealership personnel.

Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities will significantly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR practices.


Key Responsibilities:

Employee Records Management:
Maintain precise and current employee records, which include personal details, employment history, performance assessments, and training documentation.

Process employee changes such as onboarding, terminations, promotions, transfers, and salary modifications, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Prepare and disseminate employee-related documents, including offer letters, employment agreements, and HR policies.


Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Assist in payroll processing, including timekeeping, deductions, and wage calculations, ensuring the accuracy and punctuality of payments.

Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, while assisting employees with benefits enrollment, inquiries, and claims.

Collaborate with payroll vendors, insurance providers, and benefits administrators to resolve issues and ensure compliance with benefit plan regulations.


Recruitment and Onboarding:
Support recruitment initiatives by advertising job openings, evaluating resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

Facilitate new employee onboarding processes, including orientation sessions, completion of new hire documentation, and setup of employee profiles in the HRIS.

Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to ensure a seamless transition for new hires and support their integration into the organization.


Training and Development:
Coordinate training and development initiatives for dealership staff, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.

Assist in identifying training needs and opportunities for employee growth, collaborating with department managers and training providers to address skill gaps and enhance job performance.

Monitor training compliance and effectiveness, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess program outcomes and recommend improvements.
