Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Roseville Ops LLC. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing residency sales, growing revenue, and establishing and maintaining positive public contact in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and increase occupancy rates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to promote our community and services.
  • Conduct tours and presentations of our community to showcase its features and benefits.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand the needs of potential residents and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of prior leasing or sales experience in the senior living industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Ability to travel locally to fulfill job responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • More than 3 years of prior leasing or sales experience in the senior living industry.
  • Experience with sales database software and other technology tools.
