About the Sales Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide for Families and Older Adults: Provide expert guidance to families and older adults navigating the sales journey from interest to move-in.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations.
  • Partner: Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
  • Minimum 2 Years Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred.
  • Strong Working Knowledge of Technology: Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation.
