Executive Sales Coordinator

Role Summary
V2 is seeking a dedicated Executive Sales Coordinator to support the CEO in various administrative and business development tasks. As the CEO's right hand, you will provide extensive administrative assistance, manage intricate schedules, coordinate executive meetings, and handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Organize and prioritize the CEO's daily communications, including emails and voicemails.
- Schedule Management: Actively manage the CEO's calendar, resolving conflicts and ensuring meetings are productive.
- Travel Coordination: Oversee and arrange travel plans for the CEO as needed.
- Business Development: Engage with high-level executives to schedule meetings and assist in creating budget proposals.
- Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with key clients and ensure timely communication.
- Market Research: Identify potential leads and compile contact information for outreach efforts.
- Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the Marketing Director on various marketing projects.
- Operational Projects: Lead significant operational projects, including organizing key company assets.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2 to 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- A strong sense of urgency and responsiveness to tasks.
- Experience in the consulting industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
