Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics: Coordinate and optimize shipments to minimize customer service requests and maximize efficiency.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales assistant or customer service representative role, preferably in the commercial refrigeration, foodservice equipment, or manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and resolve complex problems. Proficiency in HubSpot or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Teams is a plus.
  • Characteristics: Autonomous, curious, calm under pressure, and possessing an owner's mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
