Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Business Developer to join our North America teams. The successful candidate will execute business strategies and drive sales growth within an assigned territory.

Main Tasks:

  • Pursue and achieve established retail and net sales goals.
  • Foster relationships with Beauty Stylists and Selling Specialists to enhance their performance.
  • Select and develop top-performing Selling Specialists and Beauty Stylists.
  • Maintain Selling Specialist spending within allocated budgets.
  • Collaborate with retail store management to plan and execute product launches, promotions, and events.

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruiting and managing Fragrance sales teams.
  • Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation Details

The estimated annual salary for this role is $75,000-$85,000, representing market competitive pay.
