We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mid Market Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Prokeep. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving new revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Our MissionAs a Mid Market Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for owning, managing, and driving the full sales process from the first contact through closing new sales. You will need to possess strong prospecting, effective communication, presentation, and closing skills to succeed in this role.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of success in B2B SaaS full-cycle sales roles
- Experience with complex sales cycles and multi-threading
- Strong outbound prospecting, effective communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Experience selling change management solutions into greenfield environments
- Highly organized and driven with proficiency in GoogleSuite and CRM applications
- GREAT communication skills and the proven ability to build value
- Hustle and entrepreneurial spirit - no task is too small and always learning
This is a full-time salaried position that may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States (except California) or Hybrid from our New Orleans, LA or Atlanta, GA offices. We offer generous health, vision, and dental benefits, life insurance, unlimited PTO, and equity in our fast-growing company.
Base salary: $80,000 OTE: $160,000 (Uncapped Commission Opportunities)
