Job Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Territory Account Growth Specialist to join our North America teams. The ideal candidate will execute business strategies and drive sales growth within an assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive retail and net sales growth according to established goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Beauty Stylists and Selling Specialists.
- Identify, recruit, and develop top-performing Selling Specialists and Beauty Stylists.
- Ensure Selling Specialist spending is within allocated budgets.
- Collaborate with retail store management to plan and execute product launches, promotions, and events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Fragrance sales and recruitment of top-performing specialists.
- Proficiency in computer programs, especially Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is $75,000-$85,000 per year, reflecting market competitive compensation.
