Regional Sales Growth Specialist

Ole Mexican Foods, INC is a leading manufacturer of authentic Mexican-inspired foods, and we are seeking a Regional Sales Growth Specialist to join our team As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory through strategic planning and execution.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ year's experience in DSD/Retail or field-based sales role, a valid driver's license, and a clean MVR record. You will also be required to carry up to 40 pounds and be available to run routes as needed. Additionally, you must be able to maintain a clean vehicle and/or truck at all times.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will also analyze sales data and market trends to inform your sales approach and make data-driven decisions.
