About the Role

As a Urology Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue to exceed division priorities and defining and developing new business opportunities that clearly reflect the company's vision and priorities.

You will be focused on building trusting relationships with physicians and nurses by training, educating, and selling our cutting-edge technologies. Additionally, you will build and maintain constructive, strategic relationships in key accounts and take actions consistent with the stated organizational goals.

This role requires a high degree of initiative and creativity, with the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision. You must also uphold all quality policies outlined within the sales structure consistently and completely.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience, including at least 3 years of direct sales experience, is required. A bachelor's degree is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales revenue to exceed division priorities
  • Define and develop new business opportunities that align with the company's vision and priorities
  • Build trusting relationships with physicians and nurses through training, education, and sales
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience
  • At least 3 years of direct sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Demonstrated top 10% performance in critical competencies
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • Medical device experience

  • Sales management experience
  • Experience working in hospital, ASC, and in-office settings
  • Knowledge of local IDN and GPO contracts
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
