We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven IT Account Executive to join our team at Universal Data Inc.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, account management, or business development, with a strong understanding of IT solutions and services. They will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts
- Stay current on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to design tailored IT solutions that address clients' specific needs
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a service-based industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing client relationships
- Prior experience working with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) to track opportunities, manage pipelines, and analyze sales performance
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and managed IT services
