What We OfferAs a Sales Growth Specialist, you will have the opportunity to build an effective go-to-market strategy, drive awareness, and engage in account planning to identify and manage new Sales opportunities.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute growth strategies for new customer acquisition in the State, Local & Education vertical
- Collaborate with teams to define compelling value propositions to generate opportunities
- Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends to management
- Support regional development by meeting with customer influencers and executing marketing activities
- Engage with customers to ensure post-deal success
- Prospect new customers through targeted outbound activity
- Understand customer growth goals and establish Copado as a best-in-class solution
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist with:
- 4-6 years of recent experience selling technology and IT Solutions
- Possibly located in the Eastern United States
- 2-3 years of experience selling into SLED
- 1+ years working in the Salesforce ecosystem for sales capacity
- Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Multitasking and prioritization skills
- Passion for leadership and team collaboration
- Emotional intelligence and professional feedback delivery
