Are you a motivated sales professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic industry? Ole Mexican Foods, INC is seeking a Territory Business Development Representative to join our team As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory through building strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year's experience in DSD/Retail or field-based sales role, a valid driver's license, and a clean MVR record. You will also be required to carry up to 40 pounds and be available to run routes as needed. Additionally, you must be able to maintain a clean vehicle and/or truck at all times.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.

In this role, you will establish and maintain collaborative relationships with independent operators, store managers, and key customer decision makers to ensure sales budgets are achieved and high-quality customer service is delivered. You will also identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business, prepare tailored selling plans, and review weekly Out-of-Stock (OOS) reports to address deficiencies.
