Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support the growth and development of our team members.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver talent development programs, compensation practices, and culture initiatives that drive business results.
- Improve HR processes and workflows, including LOA management, onboarding, and team member documentation, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Administer team member benefits and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with leaders and teams to identify and address talent retention and career development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company culture, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Participate in strategic and operational planning, and provide exceptional organizational support.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in People Business Partner or People Operations roles.
- Proven track record of driving business results through talent management, organizational development, and HR initiatives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology company, with a strong understanding of business goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use outstanding judgment in all interactions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize competing projects.
- Experience developing processes and procedures, and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Ability to collect and analyze data to inform decisions and drive business outcomes.
