Job Overview

Reno Staffing is seeking a dedicated and articulate professional to enhance our internal Recruiting team. The ideal candidate will excel in talent sourcing, candidate attraction, and the interviewing process to secure exceptional employees. A successful recruiter will
cultivate and maintain robust relationships with candidates, job seekers, associate employees, internal staff, and clients.

Our perfect recruiter is driven, dependable, and exhibits professionalism. Previous experience in public interaction, along with outstanding customer service and communication skills, is essential. Ultimately, the Recruiter's primary responsibilities are to
guarantee that our organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding staffing services, available positions, and hiring procedures.
  • Engage with applicants and walk-ins to assess their needs through face-to-face interactions.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries from employees and job seekers.

Your objective is to fulfill job orders:

  • Draft job advertisements and prepare recruitment materials.
  • Source and recruit candidates, evaluating their relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, perform background checks, and manage drug testing.
  • Screen and verify potential employees.

This role requires strong administrative capabilities and meticulous data entry skills. You will consistently follow up with employees and clients regarding scheduled interviews, paperwork, assignments, and other relevant matters.


Qualifications:
  • Exemplary patience and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable conducting in-person interviews and meetings with candidates.
  • Proficient in heavy phone and email communication.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
  • Excellent verbal communication and client interaction skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Outgoing personality.

Skills:
Proven professional experience, preferably in recruitment. Extensive phone communication experience in a professional environment. Ability to conduct various interview types. Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills. Experience in online marketing and social media is advantageous. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. A resume is required for consideration.
