About the Role: QTC Billing Specialist at Slalom

Your Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a variety of skills to fulfill role responsibilities
  • Exhibit knowledge in pricing concepts and demonstrate a keen interest in pricing strategies
  • Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with clients to understand pricing challenges, translate business requirements into user stories, and provide functional specifications
  • Assist clients in prioritizing user stories and offer scrum support
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead client-facing workshops and deliver presentations
  • Gather detailed feedback from client sprint demonstrations and document information in user story tracking tools
  • Engage with clients or stakeholders to effectively communicate risks and concerns

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field relevant to pricing
  • Significant project experience in implementing pricing tools such as Vendavo, Pricefx, PROS, or Zilliant
  • Familiarity with CPQ is preferred
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to solve complex pricing issues
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and diverse teams
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation tools
  • Understanding of agile project methodologies and the ability to work within an Agile framework

Salary and Benefits:

Committed to fair and equitable compensation practices, Slalom offers competitive pay scales based on individual skills, qualifications, and relevant factors. The pay range for the Consultant role falls between $96,000 and $177,000, whereas for the Senior Consultant position, it ranges from $110,000 to $203,000. The Principal Technical Architect role offers a base salary range of $122,000 to $225,000, while the Senior Delivery Principal Technical Architect position ranges from $140,000 to $258,000. Eligible individuals may also receive an annual discretionary bonus. It's important to note that actual compensation is determined by various factors and is subject to change.
