Job Overview

Reno Staffing is seeking a dedicated and communicative professional to enhance our internal Recruiting team. This role encompasses the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding exceptional employees. A successful candidate will
build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, job seekers, internal staff, and clients.

Our ideal candidate is ambitious, dependable, and professional. Prior experience in customer-facing roles, along with outstanding communication and customer service skills, is essential. Ultimately, the Recruiter's responsibilities include
ensuring our organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide information regarding staffing services, open positions, and hiring processes.
  • Engage with applicants and walk-ins to assess their needs.
  • Handle phone inquiries and respond to questions from employees and job seekers.

Your primary objective is to fulfill job orders:

  • Post job advertisements and prepare recruitment materials.
  • Source and recruit candidates, assessing their qualifications and skills.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, perform background checks, and verify employee credentials.

This role requires strong administrative skills and attention to detail. You will need to consistently follow up with employees and clients regarding scheduled interviews, paperwork, assignments, and attendance.


Qualifications:
  • Patience and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable conducting in-person interviews and engaging with candidates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to meet with clients effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Outgoing personality.

Skills:
Proven experience in a professional setting, preferably in recruitment. Strong phone communication skills, ability to conduct various interview types, and excellent interpersonal skills are crucial. Experience in online marketing and social media is a plus. Bilingual candidates in Spanish and English are also encouraged to apply. A resume is required for consideration.
