Responsibilities

The Recruitment Specialist will oversee the complete recruitment process for designated roles within the healthcare system.

This role will focus on achieving effective talent acquisition through the development of innovative recruiting and selection strategies that address both current and future workforce needs at the hospital and regional levels.

The Recruitment Specialist will source and evaluate candidates for open positions, ensuring that minimum qualifications are satisfied, and will coordinate and track interviews with hiring managers.

This position requires close collaboration with hiring managers, other human resource personnel, senior leadership, and external partners to ensure that recruitment practices align with the organization's objectives.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:
1. High school diploma or GED is required.
2. Experience in developing and negotiating job offers.
3. Familiarity with electronic applicant tracking systems.
4. Proficient in utilizing various sourcing techniques to attract both active and passive candidates.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
6. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
2. Two years of experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, preferably in a healthcare setting.
