Key Responsibilities

ITS is in search of a Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier talent to one of the fastest-growing logistics companies in the nation. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Specialist will devise and execute recruitment strategies aimed at drawing in exceptional candidates and fulfilling staffing requirements. This role will involve networking with professionals in the broader community to establish a talent pipeline from diverse sources. This is a unique chance to contribute to a company experiencing significant growth.

  • Engage in comprehensive recruitment processes, including sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring exceptional talent for open roles.
  • Leverage various sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates, such as online job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and participation in career fairs.
  • Review candidate resumes, conduct interviews, assess skills and experiences, evaluate cultural fit with ITS, negotiate offers, and facilitate the onboarding of new team members.
  • Enhance ITS's reputation as a career development opportunity through employer branding initiatives, social media engagement, and involvement in recruitment events.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline while providing regular updates on its status.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a driven, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic. Candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, or a related area.
  • A proven track record of achieving hiring objectives with high-quality candidates.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • A strong commitment to excellence in work ethic.
