About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Empower Brands. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on business performance and market developments.

Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the service industry.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, and account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
