Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Strategist to join our dynamic team and drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with key accounts, and developing tailored sales plans to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target prospects and develop pipeline in assigned territories or accounts.
  • Nurture old and new relationships, execute cold call plans, and establish relationship plans for new and existing business.
  • Create and maintain Strategic Sales Plans (SSPs) for identified top prospects in assigned areas or accounts.
  • Assess customer businesses, review solution design options, and make recommendations for delivery options.
  • Identify and orchestrate internal resources to meet client objectives and conduct ongoing communication with various internal groups.
  • Develop consultative thought leadership with prospects and help clients with possible solution designs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or combination of relevant training and experience.
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in the industry.
  • Experience in generating revenue through sales to new and/or existing key accounts within a geographic area or market.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration.
  • Relevant experience in industries such as finance, technology, or payments.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
