Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at ServiceMaster Restoration by DSI 3419. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our services to existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Demonstrate products and services to customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business.
  • Make telephone calls and in-person visits to customers to promote our services.
  • Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and a competitive mindset.
  • Success-driven and results-oriented.
  • Outside sales experience a plus.
  • Experience in insurance or disaster restoration highly desired.
