Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TC Transcontinental. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new customers, managing multiple large revenue key accounts, and developing and implementing sales and product strategies to achieve profitability and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through key sales funnel development
- Manage development efforts of large accounts for Transcontinental Advanced Coatings
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and identify market opportunities and developments
- Develop and implement sales and product strategies to achieve profitability and revenue growth
- Work with Product Development teams to develop products that will grow sales and profitability
Requirements:
- Seven to ten years of experience in business development, product management, project management, or technical business development roles
- Strong customer relationship building skills
- Driven, results-focused, tenacious, and able to hold team members accountable
- Minimum of 10 years of industry business development experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, business, business management, or a related field
