Job Title: Licensing Coordinator, Regulatory Ops

Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled Licensing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring pharmacy compliance and limiting our exposure to regulatory risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the facility licensing application process to meet internal and external deadlines.
  • Communicate with state licensing boards to obtain application status and resolve any issues.
  • Organize and create online facility profiles, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  • Track and process licensure renewals, updating internal records accordingly.
  • Coordinate payment for licenses and ensure timely renewal.
  • Have oversight of employee licensing and certifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the Licensing Manager with other functions as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Active and unrestricted pharmacy license with the local board of pharmacy.
  • Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in a compliance-focused administration, credentialing, or licensing role.
  • 6 months of Amazon Pharmacy work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience communicating with federal agencies or pharmacy boards.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a subject matter expert in a sensitive/regulated area.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Zendesk, Slack, and Chime.
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon's leadership principles requirements for this role.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week as required.
