Job Summary

Pro Talent HR is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR solutions team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
