Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Installation and Operations Lead to join our team at Temporary Wall Systems - Greater Washington. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, and removal of on-site containment solutions for our commercial construction clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the installation, maintenance, and removal of on-site containment solutions for our commercial construction clients, ensuring premium customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure an exceptionally safe work environment by following company procedures and protocols, as well as those of our general contractor customers.
  • Build a company culture and service model of excellence by representing the TWS brand in a professional and collegiate manner with our contractor and facilities customers.
  • Drive operational excellence through diligent handling and care of our wall panel product during all project stages and identifying implementing areas for process improvements on an ongoing basis.
  • Take ownership of every detail needed to ensure successful installation operations, including confirming inventory, booking labor, and ensuring transportation and hardware are ready.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • At least one year of experience in the construction/facilities/moving/equipment installation field.
  • Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with STARC or Abatement modular wall systems.
  • Familiarity with hospital and/or cleanroom environments.
