Job Overview

Fusion Technology LLC is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our Cable Installation Support Service (CISS) contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contract operations, contractor staff support functions, and ensuring strict conformance to program task schedules and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the FBI's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to prioritize, organize, and direct contract operations.
  • Manage teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Maintain and manage the client interface at senior levels of the client organization.
  • Develop and review task plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Direct and control activities to ensure technical requirements are met, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Interface with senior management and client personnel to negotiate and resolve issues.
  • Make informed decisions, leveraging domain knowledge to drive project implementation.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of Government information, adhering to strict protocols.
  • Conduct on-site cabling installation progress reviews to ensure quality and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven project management experience, with a minimum of 7 years of documented experience or a combination of 2 years of experience and a PMP certification.
  • Ability to analyze and provide feedback on documents in current design and CAD software.
  • Secret security clearance, with a preference for Top-Secret clearance.

Work Environment:

The work will be performed at core locations, including FBIHQ, Quantico, VA, and other FBI facilities, with potential for work at 17 different geographic locations.
