Job Title: HR Manager

At Peace Coffee, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As a strategic business partner, you will collaborate with our management team to develop and execute HR plans that drive business success and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR plans that align with business objectives
  • Lead and manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and HR administration
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in human resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR areas, including employee relations, performance management, and recruitment
  • Experience working with HRIS/database and managing employee benefits
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
