Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze departmental needs and identify vulnerabilities to inform business decisions.
  • Develop, refine, and implement IT processes, policies, and procedures to ensure business alignment and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and training to employees, helping them navigate new systems and resolve IT issues.
  • Manage user accounts and access to systems, ensuring network security and compliance.
  • Implement and manage backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT, specifically in a solo role, with a proven ability to independently manage and troubleshoot a wide range of IT functions.
  • Hands-on experience with systems such as Device Management, Windows OS, Office 365, Intune MDM, Azure, PowerShell, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Strong background in configuring, installing, and maintaining both hardware and software systems.
