Regional Sales and Account Manager Opportunity

Lakeside HR Group is proud to partner with a leading manufacturer of foodservice equipment to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales and Account Manager. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your sales and management expertise to drive growth and customer satisfaction in the Midwest territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key existing clients to drive retention and growth.
  • Pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
  • Effectively communicate the company's value proposition and products to customers.
  • Drive sales growth and exceed targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Lead the Midwest sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales and management experience in the foodservice industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales data and customer interactions.
  • Ability to cook and present during equipment demonstrations to showcase products.
