About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Peace Coffee. As a strategic business partner, you will play a key role in developing and executing HR plans that enable the achievement of our short- and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the HR function, including employee relations, recruitment, talent development, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Manage and analyze HR data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment law, benefits administration, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
