Sales Director for Class Action and Mass Tort Settlement Administration

The O'Connor Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Class Action and Mass Tort Settlement Administration team. With a strong background in B2B sales, this individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in the US market.
As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify potential opportunities to expand our business. Your proven ability to establish positive relationships with clients and present compelling sales reports will be essential in closing deals and driving revenue growth.
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with our Business Units and other departments to align sales efforts with company objectives. Your strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and negotiation abilities will enable you to motivate your team and drive results-oriented performance.
We are looking for a tenacious sales leader with a hunter mentality who can quickly establish trusting relationships with clients and rapport. If you have a strong track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, we encourage you to apply.
This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
