The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and implementing our marketing and growth strategies, identifying and developing new client relationships, and maintaining existing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  1. Direct and implement our national marketing and growth initiatives in the class action, mass tort, and mass arbitration markets
  2. Develop a complete understanding of our Settlement Administration Services to market to and educate new and existing clients
  3. Deliver and product updates related to the strategic management of client relationships in the Settlement Administration Services area
  4. Conduct continual follow-up with new and existing clients to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an approved related field required
  • 5+ years of related experience in consulting and advisory services, sales and business development required
